Description of business

Kawamura-Kako is a general manufacturer of resin molds, producing resin parts such as interior panel components, exterior panel components and dashboard components for tier 1 automobile manufacturers through an integrated system of development, design, mold-making, molding, painting and assembly, and based on a motto of being the "Best, Cheapest and Quickest" in the world. Boasting such decorating technologies as metallic coloring, in-mold decorating and film-insert decorating, the company has successfully reduced costs and shortened delivery times by performing all resin molding processes inhouse.

The company has also received many technology and quality awards from Toyota Motor Corporation, Daihatsu Motor and other organizations for the technological prowess it has cultivated during its history spanning more than half a century since its founding in 1959. Fully utilizing its own development facilities has allowed the company to pursue efficient, labor-saving production and to manufacture molds in a very short period of time.
