Smart Conveyor® is a new-generation conveyor system that supports operational condition monitoring, power saving, and automatic operation.Real-time measurement, display, and recording of chain tension on the left and right sides of a conveyor makes it possible to determine the condition of a malfunction.

By accumulating data, it is expected to be used for failure prediction and automatic operation in the future.

"Hammering device" to prevent chain stuck

This device strikes the rollers of the conveyor chain to remove adhering foreign matter and to prevent non-rotation and bending defects of the rollers. No separate electrical control or power is required, and the simple structure can be retrofitted to existing conveyors.

The effect is enormous: longer chain and rail life, lower operating power consumption, and other energy-saving and reduction of environmental loads.
