Description of business

Sato Special Oil is a manufacturer of lubricating oil. Ever since its foundation, it has followed the management philosophy, "Making good progress together." Even now, just over 70 years later, the company remains stanch in its attitude to developing products based on the conviction that any benefit to customers will lead to the prosperity of the company. The company firmly believes that its stable business performance is as a result of its ability to develop products that readily meet the needs of customers from the broad perspective of tribology. Moreover, the company sees oil as an important component of machinery, and so is engaged in developing oil according to the customer's application, environment and practical use, which could not be otherwise accommodated using general-purpose oil.
