Description of business
NSC manufactures aluminum die-cast products for automobiles (steering components, compressor components, transmission components, etc.). The company boasts an integrated production system, from the design and manufacture of aluminum die-cast molds to casting using die-casting machines and precision machining, and supplies high-quality, precision die-cast products globally from its bases in Japan, Thailand and China. It has two manufacturing bases in Japan (Osaka and Okayama: 300 employees), three in Thailand (one in Ayutthaya and two in Nakhon Ratchasima: 3,300 employees) and one in China (Dongguan, Guangdong Province: 500 employees). It is thoroughly committed to pursuing die-casting technology with an aim of achieving the best in manufacturing.
