Description of business

Taiyo Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in foundry equipment and machinery and manufactures and sells them to casting manufacturers both in Japan and abroad. In addition to standard machines, it also realized semi-custom made production according to customer’s premises and pit conditions; Taiyo's greatest strength is the ability to design and manufacture required equipment based on technological competence. Particularly, it boast a high market share in sand reclamation equipment, used for self-hardening process.
As regards export, it is making cost-cutting efforts, such as a partial local production.
In the recent years, Taiyo has increased its recognition among environment-related customers as a manufacturer of mixed construction waste separation systems based on foundry equipment technologies.
