Having established a high-mix low-volume production system in the precision sheet metal field, Eight-Tec handles everything from single prototypes to medium volume production with high-precision machines and advanced technology.
Its products range from small leaf springs and ultra-thin sheet metal for terminals to large sheet metal nearly two meters width.

Their equipment lineup includes a nitrogen generator for clean (without oxygen) cuts.
They also have scanning equipment to produce unique products and individualized items such as key holders.

A YAG laser equipment

Its laser equipment includes a nitrogen generator for clean (without oxygen) cuts. And its YAG welding machine makes it possible to connect thin plates without welding burnt, at SUS, steel, aluminium, phosphor bronze, brass, copper, magnesium and etc.
Eight-Tech also handles 3D data for manufacturing and is capable to convert an illustrator date to a laser processing format.

Utilizing its precision stamping technology, Eight-Tech develops and manufactures a soap slitter, a micro hydroelectric generator, a sodium hypochlorite device and etc.
