Precision processing of ultra-large product _ SHINWA IRON WORKS CO., LTD.

A company supplies large metal components to major bearing manufacturers with technology capable of processing true circular shapes. Even with an outer diameter of 2000 mm, they can achieve high-precision machining with roundness below 0.05. Observing the large rings on display, visitors were impressed and remarked, 'This is Japanese technology.'

Cold roll forming products _ O.F. INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.

A company engaged in business with Korean firms is introduced. With its unique roll-type drawing bench, it is capable of forming long products up to 12 meters. Observing this, visitors understood and remarked, 'So this is why it is used for lightweighting the bodies of Korean railway vehicles.'

Presicion zinc alloy die-casting _ HATA DIE CAST CO., LTD.

Many foreign employees are working at SME manufacturing companies in Osaka. As an example, MOBIO introduced a company that mass-produces thin-walled and complex-shaped parts made possible through zinc alloy die-casting. Seeing this, visitors understood and remarked, 'I see, a company with such unique technology employs foreign staff.'

After the visitors had toured the booths of their interest, the Tech Hall tour concluded with the customary shout of 'MOBIO!'
