Pencil point processing to prevent "coring"! MORITA's technique has been made easier to understand with the addition of a video to the website

The tip of an ordinary injection needle is inserted at an angle to the rubber plug, and the rubber plug is scraped off by the jaws of the needle due to factors such as rotation during the stabbing process. This is "coring.

By use of the industry's leading technology for manufacturing ultra-small needles in Japan, MORITA is capabale and proposes to change the shape of the needle tip with ultra-small pencil point and ultra-small eye to prevent coring.
