"No Painted Exterior" for Automobile Bodies! 3D film Can be attached by vacuum / Cost rationalization technology by FU-SE VACUUM FORMING

This is the state-of-the-art technology developed by Japanese SMEs. At the MOBIO Tech Hall and MOBIO WEB site, search for "The Latest Made in Japan Tech" to improve product features and functions.
FU-SE VACUUM's "Ultra Wide TOM Machine," a surface decorating machine for automobiles. The dimple effect of a golf ball can be applied to the body of an automobile, and the reduction of aerodynamic drag contributes to "improved fuel economy"

(Left) Decoration of very large products (car body, etc.) (Right) Dimple effect

*Breaking away from the conventional method of repeatedly painting and drying
->Large resin film is applied
*Covers uneven surfaces in a single press without gaps
-> Covers complex shapes with cavities without deformation or damage to the surface material
*Uses less than one-third the amount of electricity compared to painting
-> Low carbon dioxide emissions

(Comparison tests with and without dimples using the oil film method in a small wind tunnel for automobiles)

Various types of products decorated by 3D films are displayed in the booth on the 2nd floor of MOBIO Tech Hall. Find the optimum decoration for your application.
