The wedge wire screen utilizes the world's smallest slit manufactured in-house to aid in solid-liquid separation. The flared slit structure minimizes clogging of solids and provides high cleaning efficiency. They were surprised to mention, "We knew about this company, but had no idea they had such amazing technology!"

Using a proprietary high-performance eddy current displacement sensors, the unit detects slug buildup in the stamping process with an accuracy of 0.1 μm, contributing to quality control in high-speed pressing. Visitors commented "Well, the use of proximity sensors helps improve the productivity of pressing."

Precision processing of ultra-large product | SHINWA IRON WORKS CO., LTD.

It is possible to machine thin-walled parts such as inner and outer rings of large bearings with an outer diameter of 2000 mm and a roundness accuracy of 0.05 or less. Visitores commented holding metal wine glasses made of different materials, "Wow! They look the same, but when lifted, the weight difference is remarkable. The machining technique is impressive."
