At their booth, the senior staff answered real processing questions from visitors from Osaka city --'Can you do this?' 'Sure, if we approach it this way.' New employees watched closely, soaking up the know‑how.

At a metal‑machining's booth, they checked an in‑house‑developed parts washer--essential for delivering products with zero chips. When they heard that leftover chips can even affect heat treatment, the new employees were shocked: 'Wow, really!'

●Ultra-thin products fabricated by photo-etching, half-etching _ SGK CO., LTD.

At the booth specializing in production of thin and long metal product with lot of holes at free of burrs and distortions, they picked up the thin metal sample and were stunned--'The holes are tiny!' Learning that the process uses photo‑etching with no molds had them nodding, 'Ah, that makes sense'.

●Visiting other booths showing metal process technology, the Tech Hall tour concluded with the customary shout of 'MOBIO!'
