Focusing on the theme of "Kaizen" (continuous improvement), JICA trainees from Central and South America toured MOBIO Tech Hall

The trainees put stickers on a map indicating their home countries, and then the Tech Halltour began.

The trainees were amazed after seeing the product formed by metal spinning from a single metal sheet, with one exclaiming, "Is that truly a seamless piece? It has no welds?"

At the booth for the "Toletela" sticky insect trap, a woman who admitted being uneasy around insects looked on timidly from an angle, saying, "I can't see it from the front, but..." as she confirmed the insects stuck to the inside sheet.

At the booth for the PET resin mirror--a product that is lightweight, strong, and environmentally friendly--everyone checked whether it would not break when dropped from above. A trainee commented with a smile, "My country also has many earthquakes, so this is great!"

The tour concluded with the traditional chant of "MOBIO!". The group then headed to their next destination, commenting, "We hope to continue studying the skills and expertise of Japanese improvement."
