Many companies from China visit the MOBIO Tech Hall. This time, MOBIO welcomed a company from Henan Province, China that manufactures large metal lids with diameters of several meters. They came to explore ideas and inspiration for future technological development.

●Metal spinning _ KOKUYO ALUMINUM INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION

Visitors asked, "What kind of mold do they use to bend metal sheets like this?" MOBIO replied, "Actually, this is done using a technique called spinning, which doesn't require a mold." They were surprised and said, "We didn't know such a method existed for small parts!

●Liquid level gauges - Nihon Keiki Co.,Ltd.

Visitors showed interest in products related to their own business, saying, "Tanks related to our products are equipped with this type of level gauges." They were curious about the mechanism by which the gauge uses magnets to indicate the liquid level inside the tank and were impressed: "So it's a method that doesn't use a glass tube."

●Conveyor, automatic machine _ NIHON SHORYOKU CO.,LTD.

Reviewing the displayed product, visitors noticed it was a transport equipment for loading lots of materials into large tanks. When they pressed a button on the exhibit, there was a loud crashing sound that startled them. After MOBIO explained that it's a "hammering device" built in to prevent conveyor chain stuck, they nodded: "I see--an efficient way to strike the rollers and remove adhered foreign matter."

As always, the visit wrapped up with 'MOBIO!' before they headed to their next destination, a factory in Higashi-Osaka.
