At the MOBIO Cafe Meeting on July 4, exhibiting companies passionately explained their "Amazing Made in Japan Tech". REIWA introduced the uniquely developed jig plate designed for vacuum suction enables high-precision machining of even thin materials.

If a workpiece is held by a load applied to only a portion of the thin plate, the surface will not be flat, making high-precision processing impossible. The originally developed vacuum jig plate is designed and manufactured with consideration of the size of the workpiece and tools to be used, as well as the spacing, size, and shape of the ports (suction holes), and is larger in size than commercially available products. High-precision machining is realized by vacuuming the entire flat surface.
