●Propose solutions for customers in need
In the beginning, Tomita developed and manufactured plating and welding equipment. One day, Tomita heard from injection molding companies that cleaning molds was a difficult and tedious job. Visiting the site, he noticed that the molds had been soaked overnight in an organic solvent, and the workers were scrubbing them one by one with brass brushes to remove the dirt.
He then purchased an ultrasonic cleaner and developed a system to remove stains using a combination of electrolysis and a cleaning solution he mixed himself. He brought a sample machine to the company and was able to clean several molds at once, removing caked-on dirt in just a few minutes. The workers looked at each other and were amazed.
Seeing this, Tomita was convinced that this product would sell. Then he obtained a patent and began marketing it. This is now the company's flagship product, CLIPIKA ACE.

In response to customer requests, he developed CLIPIKA ACE technology with a proprietary cleaning solution that uses ultrasonic waves and electrolytic gas to uproot dirt without the use of toxic organic solvents. Ultrasonic cleaning can damage molds, depending on the frequency. The same applies to cleaning solutions with high cleaning power. Even with electrolysis, if the voltage is too high, the current will not flow evenly. Tomita expresses his confidence, "I don't think anyone else can duplicate our technology for cleaning molds as clean as new molds without damaging them at all through these exquisite adjustments."

"I want to surprise and delight customers, just like when I see magic," says Tomita. Everything he sees is pointing to creating "something new". The company's unique technological capabilities are utilized, including the use of new cleaning solutions, electrode materials, and ultrasonic irradiation methods.
The company's uncompromising investment in equipment and the use of high-precision equipment to analyze the condition of mold surfaces and visualize the degree of contamination removal and the presence or absence of damage has led to the company's reputation for quality and confidence in its products.
With his conceptual ability and keen observation to detect problems and difficulties, he has developed a series of new products such as Mold Cleaning Machine for Optical Components, Mold Temperature Control Pipe Cleaning Machine, Metal Mold Repair Welding Machine and Cleaning solutions for specific purposes. Moreover in 2023, a new facility was opened to accommodate large mold cleaning machines.
Tomita has steadily implemented measures to cope with market changes. There was a passionate desire to push forward with research and development of solutions to problems.
