BIZEN is named to indicate its business principles, three "strict" rules, in Japanese:

Bi (quick response) Ze (absolute accuracy) N (satisfactory price) for integrated fabrication

(from machining → heat treatment → grinding)

It's dazzling! The highlight at the BIZEN's booth is the mold parts with curved mirror finishes.

Specialized in difficult-to-cut materials, it is a proof of absolute precision paying special attention to roughness. It also displays a needle-like part. The diameter is 0.5 to 1 mm, the length is 50 mm and 100 mm, which is realized by its unique machining.

The new exhibitor, BIZEN, is running integrated fabrication of special round steel by machining and grinding. The processing accuracy of less than 5 microns is realized by various grinding machines, and the quality is guaranteed by using the latest measuring machines.
