Twelve companies from Okayama prefcture started product display on March 1 as "Business Matchmaking Fair", that lasts till March 30. They came to MOBIO Tech Hall, two of them explained technologies in the conference room and all of them introducd their latest technologies with samples in the Tech Hall.

　

　

<Technology Explanation>

1) MAK ENGINEERING CORPORATION

A Micro Reactor is a device in which chemical reactions take place in micro channels. The new model allows to conduct continous experiments.

　

2) ITEC-TSURITANI CO.,LTD.

A lead wire deformation is core business. The latest development shows deformation of 0.05mm wire to install in a semiconductor inspection machine.

　

3) SYSTEM TOOL CORP.

"Mini clamp" and "Mini vice" is a mother vice for every vices. An exclusive structure of oval tapered thread holds the work firmly.

　

4) SHOWA INDUSTRY CORP.

Lock pulleys have been developed based on a core products-timing pulleys with a keyless locking device, and provide with a shorter deliver schedule.

　

5) SANYO ALUMI CO.,LTD.

Gravity casting to manufacture aluminum products is operated by inhouse system. Impregnating technology is useful for products repairing as well.

　

6) SHINKO MANUFACTURING CO., LTD.

It is expanding technology application from electronics market to consumer market: a slice line of a wine bottle is good for card display and grinded SIC is used for ornaments.

　

7) AIDA MECHASYSTEM CO., LTD.

Its order to make labor saving equipment development includes modification and performance improvement of existing machineries, based on customers' request.

　

8) CORETEC INC.

Its made-to-order products include FA automation devices and inspection devices: Proximity line cameras for films and 3D inspection system for welding bead.

　

9) MARUGO RUBBER IND. LTD.

Applying industrial bubber technology, it has ddeveloped an-easy-to-install rubber sign pole cover and a bumper block with coverred rubber on metal plate.

　

10) DM NOVAFORM LTD.

A fruit protection cover market leader developed several formed materials for construction market and functional forms with charcoal powder included.

　

11) OM SANGYO CO., LTD.

Using its plating system for car parts and electronics, it has developed a new plating technology on hard-to-plate items, such as graphite sheet or glass.

　

12) NAKAHARA MANUFACTURING INC.

To capture business from aluminum roller market, it has introduced a light weight iron roller using an exclusively deveolpedthin wall iron pipes. material.
