MOBIO Cafe Meeting is an interactive session. On May 20, thanks to collaboration of municipality, MOBIO Cafe Meeting was held in Kadoma city, northern Osaka, the first Meeting outside the original facility. The Meeting was designed for area companies to easily participate in the Meeting. It attracted a lot of people and was filled with communication among members.

YAMADA is well known as a metal cavity manufacturer utilizing 3S activity. Its "Ydecl" board was originally developed for internal usage and was marketed publicly to assist information sharing among employees by means of visible method.

2) Deep Drawn Stamping and Roll Forming

For steel plate they apply deep drawing and makes it possible up to 550 mm depth for fire extinguishers and soup jars. For SUS materials they use roll forming and welding to effectively use materials and manufacture inner pot of rice cookers.

3) Thin Plate Laser Welding

Sango is capable to weld plate with thickness is 50 micron and has welded terminals at more than 1.5 billion pieces of coin type batteries for global customers. Latest technology is to weld copper and aluminum even if their melting point is different.

4) Slitter Blade for Corrugated Board

Card board processing machines operate at higher speed and require more accurate cut. Kinki respond to such demand by integrated in-house operation (design, form, harden, grind & etc.) to provide high quality order to made blades for specific usage.

5) Blow Forming

MARUITIXSOMM CO., LTD.

They provide plastic blown parts with automobile industry. Their experienced operators are possible to pay extensive attention during manufacturing. Expandable type blown forming will be applied to variety application.

6) Building Material Processing

DAINICHI UNYU CO., LTD.

Customer's comment was the start up reason, when they delivered building materials at standard size. That's the reason why they expanded business field from transportation to material processing.

<Part Two - Inter-industry Communication>

Packed with too many participants, it was difficult even to move around in the hall. They immediately exchanged business card and made lots of groups with laughs. It must bring another link for future business.
