Plaster casting is a method that uses plaster in the mold, resulting in a casting surface that is as smooth as die casting.
 
*Even shapes that cannot be molded using die casting can be molded using plaster molds.
*We also handle mass production of products with extremely low production quantities. (Examples: electron microscopes, medical equipment, custom-made products)
*Gypsum casting allows for the creation of complex and irregularly shaped parts, making it suitable for combining existing components. (Reduction in the number of parts)

Prototype casting is possible using the same materials as for mass production.

Manufacturing process for high-quality castings

1) Master Model
The master model is created by machining ABS resin. This machining process results in a highly accurate, high-quality master model with beautifully rendered skin.
 
2) Silicone mold
A silicone mold is created from the master model. By thoroughly removing air bubbles, the master model is accurately transferred.
 
3) Plaster mold
A plaster mold is fabricated using a silicone mold. Because plaster has very fine particles, a highly accurate plaster mold can be created. In addition, because the silicone mold is flexible, it is possible to create molds with undercut shapes.
 
In the casting process, each piece is carefully and meticulously handled by hand, including the vacuuming process, ensuring that the molten metal fills every corner completely, resulting in high-quality castings.
